The booking of such a timeslot is obligatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>We will publish details of the logistics tool in January 2023.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" id=\"ordering-services\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ORDERING ADDITIONAL SERVICES \/ OFFERS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ordering services such as electricity, water, etc.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Exhibitors who have booked all-inclusive stands (exception: 10m2 lounges) directly through HR Today will be coordinated by our stand builder formfoundation and have <strong>a power connection (2.3 KW) included.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Do not forget to order additional services (all exhibitors) of Messe Z\u00fcrich such as <strong>power connections, internet access (cable), water connections, stand cleaning, etc<\/strong>. If you do not have any large consumers (e.g. coffee machine) at your stand, the smallest connection (2.3 KW) is sufficient. A multiple socket must be procured by yourself. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All these services &#8211; including stand cleaning &#8211; <strong>must<\/strong> be booked in advance via the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.mch-group.com\/formcycle\/form\/provide\/1904?lang=en\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/forms.mch-group.com\/formcycle\/form\/provide\/1904?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Messe Z\u00fcrich tool<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Orders must be received by Messe Z\u00fcrich <strong>3 weeks before the first day of the exhibition.<\/strong> For orders placed later, an express fee of CHF 150.00 will be charged by Messe.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Messe Z\u00fcrich <strong>has a free WIFI<\/strong>.
