Where does the HR FESTIVAL europe take place and how do I get there?

Train / Tram / Bus
Travellers from Zurich Main Station have various connections by train, tram or bus to Oerlikon station, or directly to the stop “Messe Zürich”. From Oerlikon station, Messe Zürich is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Car
When taking the motorway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne and St. Gallen, follow the “Z” sign to the Zurich Exhibition Center. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zürich parking garage on Hagenholzstrasse.
Airplane
Messe Zürich is only 10 km from Zurich Airport and can be reached from there by public transport in 12 minutes.

Book timeslots for set-up and dismantling at the fair
In order to ensure that all deliveries and collections to HR FESTIVAL europe run smoothly, it is necessary to book a timeslot in advance for access to the exhibition halls for all vehicle types.
Handling operator Sempex coordinates the timeslots for set-up and dismantling at Messe Zürich via a logistics tool. The booking of such a timeslot is obligatory.
We will publish details of the logistics tool in January 2023.
ORDERING ADDITIONAL SERVICES / OFFERS
Ordering services such as electricity, water, etc.
Exhibitors who have booked all-inclusive stands (exception: 10m2 lounges) directly through HR Today will be coordinated by our stand builder formfoundation and have a power connection (2.3 KW) included.
Important
- Do not forget to order additional services (all exhibitors) of Messe Zürich such as power connections, internet access (cable), water connections, stand cleaning, etc. If you do not have any large consumers (e.g. coffee machine) at your stand, the smallest connection (2.3 KW) is sufficient. A multiple socket must be procured by yourself.
- All these services – including stand cleaning – must be booked in advance via the Messe Zürich tool
- Orders must be received by Messe Zürich 3 weeks before the first day of the exhibition. For orders placed later, an express fee of CHF 150.00 will be charged by Messe.
- Messe Zürich has a free WIFI. If this is not sufficient, exhibitors can obtain a code for chargeable WLAN from the Messe Zürich Service Center.

Additional rental furniture can be ordered through our stand builder formfoundation in January 2023.
Stand catering, flowers & plants, stand personnel…
Stand catering
- If you would like stand catering, you can book this directly via the Wassermann & Company webshop.
- Drinks and snacks, which you hand out to customers free of charge, may of course be provided by yourself.
Flowers & plants
- You can order flower bouquets and plants directly from Fleurop Switzerland, Jeannine Glanzmann jeannine.glanzmann@fleurop.ch. As an exhibitor at HR FESTIVAL europe, you benefit from a 10% discount..
Stand personnel
- If you need additional staff for your booth, you can organize this directly with Coople.
